"House" and "Evil Dead II" are the ultimate haunted house movies.
What about that scene in "Nightmare Before Christmas" where Jack Skellington is falling through a spiral of snowflakes into Christmas Town?
Oh, good call! I'll have to see if I can dig up a copy of that one.
And yeah, those two are about as good as it gets. Would make a great triple feature with The Old Dark House.
